5 Quick & Delicious Breakfasts You Can Make in Under 10 Minutes

Mornings can be hectic, and sometimes it feels impossible to enjoy a nutritious breakfast. But the good news is, you don’t need to spend hours in the kitchen to start your day off right! These five quick and delicious breakfast ideas are perfect for busy mornings—ready in under 10 minutes, easy to customize, and packed with flavour. Best of all, I’ve added my A Spice Affair products to give each recipe an extra burst of taste.

1. Peanut Butter Banana Toast with Cinnamon Sprinkle
Ingredients:
1 slice whole-grain bread
1 tbsp peanut butter (or any nut butter)
½ banana, sliced
A Spice Affair Mulling Spices (a pinch for a warm, cozy flavour)
Instructions:
Toast the bread.
Spread peanut butter on the warm toast.
Top with banana slices and sprinkle a pinch of Mulling Spices.
Tip: Swap peanut butter for almond or cashew butter for a different flavor!
2. Berry Yogurt Parfait with Maple Sweetness

Ingredients:
½ cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup granola
½ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
Drizzle of honey or A Spice Affair Maple & Pepper syrup
Instructions:
Layer yogurt, granola, and berries in a glass or bowl.
Repeat layers if desired.
Drizzle with honey or Maple & Pepper for a sweet and slightly spicy twist.
Tip: Use any seasonal fruit you have on hand-it is peach season so save with the seasonal items available at your local market to elevate your quality of food with less cost.
3. Avocado Toast with Honey Orange & Rosemary
Ingredients:
1 slice whole-grain bread
½ ripe avocado
1 egg (optional, cooked to your liking)
Pinch of salt and pepper
A Spice Affair Honey Orange & Rosemary (a light sprinkle)
Instructions:
Toast the bread.
Mash the avocado and spread it on the toast.
Top with the cooked egg and season with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of
Honey Orange & Rosemary.
Tip: Add smoked salmon or cherry tomatoes for extra flavor.
4. 2-Minute Microwave Egg Mug with Toasted Sesame & Ginger
Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 tbsp milk
Salt and pepper
Optional: chopped veggies, cheese, or herbs
A Spice Affair Toasted Sesame & Ginger (½ tsp for a nutty, savory kick)
Instructions:
In a microwave-safe mug, whisk eggs, milk, and seasonings.
Stir in optional veggies or cheese and Toasted Sesame & Ginger (shop here).
Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds, stirring halfway through.
Tip: Start with 60 seconds and check consistency; microwave times vary.
5. Banana Oat Smoothie with Honey Maple Squash Twist

Ingredients:
1 banana
½ cup rolled oats
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1 tsp honey or A Spice Affair Honey Maple Squash (optional)
½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Tip: Add a scoop of protein powder (I have a homemade protein powder that rocks your budget needs!) or add
nut butter for extra staying power.
