Theme: Cupboard & fridge containers that make breakfast automatic
Why it works: This is trending right now — environment design for habits. When breakfast components are visible and ready, people actually eat breakfast.
The BIN goal:

Setting up a Breakfast Bin (or drawer) removes decision fatigue
Combines Dry goods + fridge items that work together
This improves morning rituals (less stress, more consistency)
📚 Science-backed angle:
Habit research shows that reducing friction (making choices easy and visible) increases follow-through

🥄 Recipe: No-Cook Breakfast Crunch Cups
(Assemble in under 2 minutes, no cooking, low cost)
Ingredients (1 serving):
¾ cup plain yogurt or plant-based yogurt
¼ cup pantry granola or toasted oats
1 tbsp seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, or chia)
½ cup fruit (fresh or frozen, thawed overnight)
Optional drizzle: honey or maple syrup
How to Use the Breakfast Bin:
Keep granola, seeds, and dried fruit in one labelled container
Keep yogurt + fruit together in the fridge
*(I actually divide my large yogourt into smaller containers(cost effective and takes 2 minutes when you do so)
Scoop*(or grab), layer, eat — zero thinking required
💡 Why it’s balanced: Protein (yogurt) + fiber (fruit/seeds) + carbs (oats) = steady energy
