QUICK:

The 5 Fastest Dinners on the Planet as per Oprah.com. I looked and found these and then asked myself…but how to make them healthy? So I added a little extra to help "balance" the meal out a bit.

o Spaghetti with Garlic and Olive Oil=use Zucchini noodles

o Zucchini — from the Italian word "zucca", meaning squash – is low in calories and an excellent source of folate, potassium and vitamin A.

o Chicken Sausage Hash=Add a salad.

o Roasted Pork Tenderloin and Garlic=add stir fry veggies

o Personal Pizzas. Make it fun with a rainbow of colours

o Sushi Bowl. Recipe from Budget Bytes – these are well balanced ideas.

Then there is easy[ˈēzē] meals…what does that mean?!

Raan Jay Fai in Bangkok and their understandably famous $12 drunken noodles that won chef and owner, Jay Fai, a Michelin star. WOW! I can help YOU make meals at 4$/plate the following must be a restaurant cost. Fun to know about and yet it makes me wonder how the regular household can do better? What do you think of this?

FYI: Michelin stars are a rating system used by the red Michelin Guide to grade restaurants on their quality. The guide was originally developed in 1900 to show French drivers where local amenities such as restaurants and mechanics were.
